Tariffs on. Tariffs off. Two explanations for this. Both terrible. The most likely bad explanation is the obvious: Trump and his “brain trust” are brainless. Or, alternatively, Trump and his billionaire buddies bought low and today cashed in. So, our country is being governed by people who are incompetent or corrupt. Or both.
